Only what is needed to respond
The itinerary form may collect your name, phone or WhatsApp number, travel month, traveller count, departure city, travel style, budget band, package context and consent. Do not submit passport, Aadhaar, payment-card or other identity-document information through this form.
How it is used
Planning and responding to your enquiry
Submitted information is used to route, understand and respond to your travel request. Lead notifications may be delivered to an approved business email or lead system. Analytics must not include names, phone numbers or free-text personal information.

Production policy still requires business approval
Before launch, Al Safar must publish the verified data-controller identity, contact channel, retention period, service providers, access controls and process for access, correction or deletion requests. Until those facts are supplied, this page is an implementation draft and not a final legal notice.
